The hours are an estimate. A plan’s coins pay for about that many tasks at what tasks have cost so far (18 coins on average), and a task is counted as 30 minutes of a person’s work. A long task or a stronger desk uses more coins, a short one fewer.

Room limits are per floor. Prices are in US dollars. The model cost a month of coins covers is worked out from the current rate and assumes none of the coins go on building.
Pay per use
A task costs what it used.
There is no flat price per task. Each one is charged in coins by what it actually cost to run on its model, so a short reply costs less than a long plan.
