Accessibility statement

Last updated October 12, 2026

We want Plazas to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement says honestly where we are: what has been built in, what we know is missing, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

1. Our aim

Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which is the level Israeli Standard 5568 is based on, and to act in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the service accessibility regulations made under it.

We have not reached that aim yet and we do not claim to. The site and the app have not been examined by a licensed accessibility consultant, and no formal audit has been carried out.

2. What has been done

  • Every page declares its language and reading direction. Hebrew is shown right to left, and the layout mirrors with it.
  • The public pages start with a "Skip to content" link, and use headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) in order.
  • Buttons that show only an icon have a text name for screen readers; menus and switches report whether they are open or pressed.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and error messages are announced as alerts.
  • Animation is reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom; the layout adapts to narrow screens.
  • The app is available in six languages, including Hebrew.
  • The website assistant window can be opened, used and closed from the keyboard, and its controls are named.

3. Known limitations

  • No audit. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA or IS 5568 has not been checked by a professional, and the product has not been tested systematically with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver.
  • The picture of the workplace and the 3D view are visual. What they show (who is on the team and what each is doing) is also available on the Team and task pages, but we have not verified that every detail has a text equivalent. The 3D view cannot be operated by keyboard alone.
  • Colour contrast has not been measured across the whole product. Some secondary text and some coloured labels may fall below the required ratio.
  • On some input fields the keyboard focus is shown only by a change of border colour, which can be hard to see.
  • There is no on-page accessibility menu (text size, contrast and similar adjustments). Use your browser and device settings for these.
  • Work produced by AI employees is text generated by a model. Tables and long answers may not always be structured well for a screen reader.
  • Pages of other companies that you reach from Plazas (payment, signing in to an outside app) are theirs, and we cannot vouch for their accessibility.

We will shorten this list as we fix things, and will not remove an item before it is true.

4. Tell us about a problem

If something on Plazas is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Write to [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT EMAIL] and, if you can, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We will reply within [ACCESSIBILITY RESPONSE TIME] and treat it as a fault to be fixed.

If you need information from Plazas in another format, ask at the same address.
