Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs Plazas. In short: you build a workplace, hire AI employees and hand them tasks; they hand back work for you to check and use. You stay responsible for what you do with it.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Plazas (plazas.ai) is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Plazas", "we"). You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

These terms cover the Plazas website, the app, the website assistant and anything else we offer under the Plazas name (the "service"). They take effect on [EFFECTIVE DATE].

These documents are part of the terms: the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and cancellation policy, the AI disclosure, the Creator terms if you sell in the marketplace, and the Data Processing Addendum if you use Plazas with personal data of your own customers.

2. Who may use Plazas

Plazas is a tool for businesses and for people acting in the course of their work. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you open an account for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" means that organisation too.

Plazas is not meant for children and is not designed for personal, family or household use.

3. Accounts and access by invitation

For now, new accounts are opened by invitation. You can ask to join the list with your email address; an invitation is tied to that address and opens one account. We may open sign-up to everyone later, and we may decline or withdraw an invitation.

  • Give a real email address and keep it current. We use it to sign you in and to send messages about your account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what people you let in do there.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into your account.
  • One person or business should not open several free accounts to get around a plan limit.

4. Plans, coins and payment

Plazas has a free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes (how many plazas, rooms, floors, AI employees and team members, and how many coins a month) is shown on the pricing page and in the app at the time you choose it. Prices are shown in US dollars unless we say otherwise.

Coins are the unit the service counts usage in. Each plan adds a number of coins to your balance every month. Coins are spent when an AI employee runs a task (the charge depends on what that task actually used), when the website assistant answers visitors, when you build rooms or floors, and when you buy a template priced in coins.

  • Coins are a usage allowance inside Plazas. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another account, unless the Creator terms say otherwise.
  • Every charge is listed in your coin history. If you think you were charged wrongly, write to us.
  • When an account is closed, the coins left in it are gone.
  • We may change what a plan includes, the monthly coins and what things cost in coins. For paid plans we will tell you beforehand, as described in section 14.

Payments for paid plans and for coins are taken by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], our payment provider. Your card details are entered with and handled by that provider only; Plazas does not receive or store full card numbers. A paid plan renews for the same period until you cancel it. Cancelling, cooling-off rights and refunds are described in the Refund and cancellation policy.

Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. Where a tax such as VAT applies, it is added and shown before you pay.

5. What the AI employees do, and what they do not

An AI employee is software that sends your task, together with what you have saved for it, to an AI model and brings back the answer. The AI disclosure explains which models and what is sent.

  • They return text for you to read, check and use: a reply, a post, a schedule, a summary, a plan. On their own they do not send messages, publish, book, pay or sign anything.
  • If you connect an outside app (for example a mailbox, a calendar or a code repository), an AI employee you have allowed may read from it. Anything that would change something there (send an email, create an event, open a pull request) is first shown to you as a proposal with its exact content. It is carried out only after you approve that proposal, once.
  • The website assistant is different: it answers visitors on your own website by itself, from the text you wrote or approved for it. See section 8.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable, even when it reads confidently. It can also resemble what other people receive for similar tasks.

You are responsible for checking the work before you rely on it, send it or approve it, and for everything you send, publish or approve. AI employees do not give legal, tax, medical, financial or other professional advice, and their work is not a substitute for a professional. Do not use Plazas as the only basis for a decision that seriously affects a person.

6. Your content

Your content is what you put into Plazas or connect to it: your business details, notes, files, clients, tasks, tables, CRM records, and the work the AI employees hand back to you. As between you and us, it stays yours.

You give us permission to host, copy, process, send to our sub-processors and display your content, only as far as needed to run the service for you, keep it secure, fix problems and meet legal duties. This permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from backup copies that expire on their own schedule.

We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train AI models of our own. What the model providers do with what is sent to them is governed by our agreements with them and described in the AI disclosure.

You confirm that you have the right to put this content into Plazas, including any personal data about other people in it, and that doing so breaks no law and no promise you have made to someone else.

If you publish a public page for your plaza, the details you put on it (name, kind of business, city, description, hours and team) are visible to anyone, and visitors can send you a message through it.

7. Connections to other services

You can connect sources you already use, such as a spreadsheet, a file, a CRM, a calendar, a mailbox or a code repository. You decide which AI employees may use each one, and you can disconnect it at any time.

  • Connect only accounts and data you are allowed to use that way. Your agreement with the other service still applies, and we are not responsible for that service.
  • For tables you connect, the server checks each column and holds back the ones that look personal. The check is automatic and can miss things; you remain responsible for what you connect.
  • A mailbox or a similar app is personal by nature. There is no such filter there: an AI employee you allow reads what is in it, and what it reads is sent to the AI model for that task.
  • Sign-ins to apps are held by our connection provider, not by Plazas. The providers we use are listed on the Sub-processors page.

8. The website assistant

If you put the Plazas assistant on your website, it talks to your visitors on your behalf and is paid for from your coins. You are responsible for what you tell it to say, for the websites you list for it, and for telling your visitors what they need to know under the law that applies to you. The window tells visitors that answers come from an AI assistant and that their messages are saved for you; you may not hide or remove that. We also publish a notice for visitors that you should link to from your own privacy notice.

Conversations are saved in your account so that you can read them. Towards your visitors you are the one responsible for that data; we process it for you under the Data Processing Addendum.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular: no unlawful content, no spam, no bulk collection of other people's data, no attempts to break or get around the limits of the service, and no use of AI employees to deceive or harm people.

10. The marketplace

Owners can offer a plaza they built as a template for others. A template contains a layout and a team of AI employees; it does not contain the seller's clients, notes, files or connections. Each listing is reviewed by us before it appears, and we may refuse or remove one.

Templates are made by their creators, not by us. Today a template can be bought with coins; Plazas keeps a share of each sale, shown in the app, and the rest is added to the creator's coin balance. Sales for money are planned and are not available yet. The details are in the Creator terms.

11. Our intellectual property

The service itself (the software, the design, the artwork, the built-in job catalogue and the Plazas name and logo) belongs to us or to those who license it to us. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms while your account is open. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law gives you that right regardless.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

12. Availability and changes to the service

Plazas is a young product and is still changing. We try to keep it running but do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may be added, changed or removed. Some features are marked as not yet tested against the real outside service; treat them with care.

We depend on other providers (hosting, the database, AI models, app connections). When one of them is unavailable or changes, parts of Plazas may stop working.

Keep your own copies of anything important. You can export your account data from Settings, Account.

13. Warranties and limits on liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will fit a particular purpose, that AI output is accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or harm to reputation; for what you send, publish or approve; for what an outside service does; or for decisions made on the basis of AI output.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for everything connected with the service is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights that a consumer has under a law that cannot be waived.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of content you put into Plazas, something you sent or approved, or your breach of these terms.

14. Suspension, ending and changes to these terms

You can stop using Plazas at any time and delete your account in Settings, Account. Deleting an account removes what is saved for it and cannot be undone. Some things outside Plazas are not removed by that step; the Privacy Policy lists them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts the service or other people at risk, that we are required by law to close, or whose payments fail. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

We may change these terms. For a change that matters we will give notice in the app or by email at least [NOTICE PERIOD FOR CHANGES] before it takes effect. If you keep using Plazas after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel [CONFIRM], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in [COURT DISTRICT] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right a consumer has under a law that cannot be waived to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before going to court, please write to us and give us a reasonable chance to put things right.

16. General

  • These terms and the documents listed in section 1 are the whole agreement between us about the service.
  • If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce something at once, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger or a sale of the business, and will tell you.
  • These terms are published in English and in Hebrew. If the two differ, this version prevails: [GOVERNING LANGUAGE VERSION].

Questions about these terms: [CONTACT EMAIL].
