You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the website. Open Settings (in the app: More, then Settings), choose Account, and press "Delete my account". You type your email address to confirm.

This removes the account and everything saved for it: every plaza, the team, your business brain, coins and any templates you listed. It cannot be undone. To keep a copy, export your data first, on the same Account page.

If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email address the account was opened with and we will delete it for you.

Plazas cannot send a password reset link yet. Write to us from the email address the account was opened with.

Every business page on Plazas (an address that starts with plazas.ai/p/) is written by the business that owns it. If a page is illegal, pretends to be somebody else’s business or is a scam, write to us with the page’s address and what is wrong with it.
