Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Plazas gives you AI employees that write, read and, with your approval, act in your name. This policy says what they may not be used for. It applies to everyone who uses the service and is part of the Terms of Use.

1. The basic rule

Use Plazas for the honest work of your own business, within the law that applies to you and to the people you deal with. You are responsible for the tasks you give, the sources you connect, the text you put on your website assistant and everything you send or approve.

2. Unlawful and harmful content

Do not use Plazas to create, store or send:

  • Anything illegal, or that helps someone commit a crime.
  • Threats, harassment, incitement to violence or hatred of people for who they are.
  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
  • Defamation, or false statements about a real person or business.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or instructions meant to break into systems.

3. Deception

  • Do not use an AI employee to pretend to be a specific real person, or another business, without their permission.
  • Do not present AI-written reviews, testimonials or comments as coming from real customers, and do not offer anything in return for a review where that is forbidden.
  • Do not hide from your website visitors that they are talking to an AI assistant. The window says so; leave it that way.
  • Do not use Plazas for fraud, fake invoices, misleading advertising or to mislead a consumer about a price or a right.

4. Decisions and advice about people

  • Do not let an AI employee make, by itself, a decision that seriously affects a person: hiring or firing, credit, insurance, housing, access to essential services, or anything similar. A person must decide.
  • Do not present AI output as medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Do not use Plazas to profile people by health, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, political views or other sensitive traits, or to watch or track a person.
  • Do not put special categories of personal data, or card, bank account or identity numbers, into tasks, notes, the business brain, the CRM or the website assistant.

5. Spam and marketing messages

AI employees draft messages; you send them, or approve them for sending through an app you connected. Either way you are the sender.

  • Send marketing messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp, automated calls) only to people who have agreed to receive them from you, or where the law allows it without consent, and always with a clear and working way to opt out.
  • In Israel this is governed by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 (the "spam law"). Other countries have their own rules, such as the EU ePrivacy rules and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Follow the rules of the place where the recipient is.
  • No bought, rented or scraped contact lists. No bulk unsolicited messages of any kind.
  • Respect an opt-out at once, and do not contact the same person again and again.

6. Reading the web, and scraping

An AI employee can read a page you give it and, in some jobs, search the web for a handful of sources. That is all it is for.

  • Do not use Plazas to collect a site's catalogue, price list, directory or user profiles in bulk, or to build a database of people.
  • Do not use it to get around a login, a paywall, a technical block or a site's terms.
  • Do not try to defeat the limits on the number of pages and searches per task, for example by splitting one job into many tasks or accounts.
  • Respect copyright in what is read: quote briefly, credit the source, do not republish.

7. Connected apps and data

  • Connect only accounts that are yours or that you are authorised to use this way, and only data you may lawfully process.
  • Do not connect another person's mailbox or calendar without their knowledge and agreement.
  • Do not use connections to take data out of an organisation that has not agreed to it.
  • Read every proposal before you approve it. Once approved, it is carried out in your name.

8. The website assistant

  • Put it only on websites you own or run, and list those sites truthfully.
  • Give it only information that may be told to a stranger. Do not put personal data, prices you do not honour or promises you cannot keep into its text.
  • Do not use it on a site aimed at children, or to collect sensitive information from visitors.
  • Do not use it to give visitors medical, legal or financial advice.

9. The service itself

  • Do not try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • Do not try to make an AI employee ignore its limits, reveal its instructions or another customer's data, or act without the approval step.
  • Do not overload the service, run automated sign-ups, or open several accounts to multiply free coins.
  • Do not resell the service or offer it to others as your own without our written agreement.
  • Do not use Plazas to build a competing product by copying it.

10. Security testing

Do not probe, scan or test the security of Plazas without our written permission. If you believe you have found a weakness, stop, do not look at or keep other people's data, and tell us privately at [SECURITY CONTACT EMAIL] with enough detail to reproduce it. Give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not act against someone who reports in good faith and follows these rules.

11. Marketplace listings

A template you offer must be your own work, must describe honestly what it does, and must not contain personal data, secrets, or instructions that would make an AI employee break this policy. See the Creator terms.

12. What we do about breaches

We may remove content or a listing, switch off a website assistant, limit a feature, suspend an account or close it, depending on how serious the breach is. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and explain. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Coins used in breach of this policy are not refunded.

To report misuse of Plazas, or to ask us to review a step we took, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
