Creator terms

A template is a copy of how a plaza is set up: its name, its scene and its team of AI employees. It does not include your clients, notes, business brain, files, tasks, CRM, connections or vault, and you must not try to put any of those into one.

You need a Plazas account in good standing and must be at least [MINIMUM AGE]. You act for yourself, not as our employee, agent or partner. Your display name is shown on your listings.

• Your own work, which you have the right to sell.
• A name and description that say honestly what the template is for. No claims about results it cannot deliver.
• Nothing that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy: no personal data, no secrets, no instructions that would make an AI employee deceive or harm people.
• No use of another business's name or brand without permission.

Every listing waits for our review before buyers can see it. We may approve it, refuse it or remove it later, for example if it breaks these terms, draws justified complaints or no longer works. Review is a check against our rules; it is not a guarantee of quality and does not make us the seller.

• You set the price in coins, within the limits the app allows.
• When a buyer pays, Plazas keeps a share of the price. The current share is shown in the app when you list; it was 20 percent when this page was written. The rest is added to your coin balance at once.
• Coins you earn can be used in Plazas like any other coins. They cannot be exchanged for money.
• Sales for money are planned and are not available yet. When they open, payouts, tax documents and identity checks will follow these terms: [CREATOR PAYOUT TERMS]. Until then, do not arrange payment for a template outside Plazas.
• You are responsible for any tax that applies to what you earn.

We may change the share for future sales and will tell creators beforehand.

The template stays yours. You give Plazas the right to host, show and promote it in the marketplace, and you give each buyer the right to add it to their own account, use it and change it for their own business. Buyers may not resell it as their own template. If you remove a listing, people who already bought it keep what they bought.

A template is delivered to the buyer at once. If a template does not work as its listing described, we may return the buyer's coins and take back the coins you received for that sale. See the Refund and cancellation policy.

You can remove a listing at any time. We may remove listings or stop a creator from listing if these terms or the Terms of Use are broken. Coins earned through fraud or a breach of these terms may be taken back.

You are responsible for your templates and for claims that they infringe someone's rights. The limits on liability, the law and the courts in the Terms of Use apply here too. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
